Refund Policy

Undamaged Goods:
We Buy Down guarantees your satisfaction or your money back! If you are not satisfied with any auction item you have purchased, you may return it within14 days of the end of the auction, unused and in its original packaging, for a full refund.** A full refund is considered to be the price you paid for the winning item at check out, this does NOT include shipping and handling charges or restocking fees*. No refund will be given for the cost of any or all tokens that may have been used to view the auction price.

*A restocking fee of 15% will be applied to ALL items returned undamaged.

Damaged / Defective Products / Incorrect Order Delivery:
When you receive your package(s) please inspect it/them and the items included carefully. It is typical for boxes to incur some wear and tear during shipping, but if you believe you have received a damaged or defective product, contact We Buy Down immediately. If you open your package and find you have received the wrong item also contact We Buy Down immediately. It is very important that you contact our Customer Service Department before returning any damaged or incorrect products. We Buy Down will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and other information that will make the return process as easy and efficient as possible.
